”New skills for job quality project to implement an integrated program of measures to facilitate border inclusion of the Vidin-Dolj region, to support employment and labor mobility in the region above in order to develop a labor market. Quality workplaces through new skills through professional counseling, job scholarships, training, improvement of inactive people, in particular young people and women in the Vidin –Dolj area. Trainings are organized across borders, to disseminate new practices, in agriculture, forestry, tourism, which then come to support farmers and tourism operators with new practice, more durable. Training programs are completed with foreign languages learning courses, entrepreneurship training offering workers more concrete and valuable instruction, skills that meet the needs of employers and reassure workers concerning their professional future. Mobile Business Incubator development, a support program for small businesses in Vidin-Dolj area, ensure development through technical assistance, administrative and advisory business; will be responsible for assisting the daily cross-border workers and entrepreneurs to overcome administrative, legal or tax barriers to mobility. Creating a web site that will provide information about job opportunities, complete and official information on social security, labor law and tax issues in the border region of  Vidin-Dolj, information that will be disseminated through regular information sessions.Scholarships jobs that will provide information about employment opportunities on the other side of the border.”
