În cadrul Programului Interreg VA Romania-Bulgaria ,  program finanțat de UE  din Fondul European de Dezvoltare Regionala -FEDR, Asociația Agora 2013 , ca lider beneficiar, are în desfășurare proiectul ”New skills for job quality” în cadrul               Axei 4. A skilled and inclusive region Specific objective 4.1.To encourage the integration of the cross-border area in terms of employment and labour mobility. 

New skills for job quality project to implement an integrated program of measures to facilitate border inclusion of the Vidin-Dolj region, to support employment and labor mobility in the region above in order to develop a labor market. Thus, 6 educational programs will be implemented, activities of individual and group career counseling, attended by 416 inactive persons aged 16-64 years, of which 200 young people and 100 women who are part of the target group. The activities to be developed in the project are: ​​ insurance of special programs suited for individual career counseling; Development and implementation of 64 courses in Vidin -Dolj that will lead to the development of human capital in the area, increase its competitiveness by linking education and lifelong training with the labor market, the certification of 416 people by graduating from the course; through the cross border Mobile Business Incubator, we can support business development in a startup activity on both sides of the Danube. We ensure hosting for 10 social enterprises with headquarters in Vidin-Dolj; Developing a study to identify the main economic sectors that can enable workforce mobility; Creating a cross-border integrated website that will inform more than 5,000 people in Vidin-Dolj on jobs available in the two zones. Organizing two job Scholarships in both areas Vidin -Calafat to be attended by 200 people interested in the target group.
